L&rsquo;une des conditions les plus importantes pour obtenir ce certificat est l&rsquo;utilisation de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res naturelles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cultiv\u00e9es et r\u00e9colt\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re \u00e9cologique.
