L’huile d’\u00e9corce de c\u00e8dre atlantique ou Cedrus Atlantica est une substance naturelle d\u00e9riv\u00e9e du c\u00e8dre. L’huile essentielle de c\u00e8dre est extraite par distillation \u00e0 la vapeur d’eau des copeaux de bois et de la sciure du c\u00e8dre. La v\u00e9ritable huile de c\u00e8dre est obtenue \u00e0 partir du c\u00e8dre de l’Atlas, Cedrus Atlantica ou Cedrus deodora.<\/p>\n

L’huile d’\u00e9corce de c\u00e8dre atlantique est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un rem\u00e8de important depuis un millier d’ann\u00e9es. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e comme analg\u00e9sique et anti-inflammatoire. Le c\u00e8dre n’est jamais d\u00e9truit par les insectes et c’est pourquoi l’huile essentielle distill\u00e9e des copeaux de bois est un bon r\u00e9pulsif pour les insectes.
