Le Cinnamomum Zeylanicum ou Cannelle est une substance que l’on trouve dans la nature dans l’\u00e9corce du cannelier. L’huile essentielle de cannelle est obtenue \u00e0 partir de l’\u00e9corce de cannelle par distillation \u00e0 la vapeur d’eau. Elle a une forte action antibact\u00e9rienne.
